how to know the highest value of the auction players (every level)? is there any table to refer?

ex:
- 24 quality: 3,45 million
- 29 quality: 4,34 million
- 34 quality: 6,1 million
- 39 quality: 8,5 million
- 44 quality: 11,5 million
- 49 quality?

I have seen a player with $14.7M for 49Q 7 SKP to next star has below ... I think this is the max for level 6
