Hey guys i have a question if i train my 4* player to only 1 skill away of 5* will he be on negotiations list ? or does it work only for 5* players ..?

Hey guys i have a question if i train my 4* player to only 1 skill away of 5* will he be on negotiations list ? or does it work only for 5* players ..?

He will be on the nego list since he's 5* to the player 1 level under. At lower levels, don't expect good offers from nego, no manager is going to offer tokens from my experience (i'm level 7)
