Champions League Final Day - LIVE (Season 45)

I just witnessed probably one of the silliest games ever on top11. Our cl final , that was it.

Thanks to my idiotic work-head i missed completely the time to switch formation cause, thanks to my idiotic Nordeus, i had league and CL whithin 1hr.

So we attended the match fielding 11 subs, from tip to toe, facing an equal Q opponent, and with our strongest players not even on bench (three 7*).

We arranged a ND clashing against the same module and at minute 20' we were able to swich to 3-5-2 V before losing connection. We logged back finding us dominating and immediatly scoring one. During half time i checked the team just to notice i've been having the subs in but the module wasnt switched in 3-5-2 v like i inputed. Besides, my two subs were playing oop and overwhelming them LOL.

For the second half i switched the position out of oop and OF COURSE i've been crushed and parried 1-1.

In the extra times we finally got back the game and we scored the 2-1, and at 1 min from the end OUR KEEPER MISSPASSED BEHIND for a nice tying own goal.

We won at penalties where our only PK sa of course missed it and our ****ty reserve keeper couldnt stop one. Lucky two opponents got wide.

VERY funny, winnig a game with a 4/5* vs a scout team, due to forgetting the match lol.

Still better than losing at home to a 2* team owned by a robot...

2208th Komodo got their second CL title on this morning..
I ordered them to play hard attacking mentality since Semifinal stage..
Surprisingly, it worked well.. Although they did lose away to Ajax Hamsterjam 0-1 on 2nd leg SF match..
But, they're through to CL Final on 4-2 aggregate..
I thought our opponent on the CL Final would be present but apparently he never watch his CL matches..
The scoreline was still 0-0 at half-time..

Eddy Hanafia changed the scoreline 2 minutes after pause..
His tandem, Evgeny Nagibin, scored too at 16 minutes after his goal..
The final score's 2-0 for ZZOBth Komodo..
They paid of their two defeats against the other finalist on group stage by identical score..

This may seem like a walkover but against a similar 4-4-2... This may be tougher than we expect.
Can we lift another trophy this season or will this spoil one of our best seasons at Perfect Tactics?

My first CL season (I'm lvl2) and my first CL final I'd have to say my team has been a clear favourite to win since the group stage. It's lvl 2, so many ppl who are in there but only half hearted play. Even in the final I'm 5 quality levels above the other finalist. It's unfortunately more about not losing, than it is about winning.

Anywho, final is in 30mins.

He's running 4-1-1-2W-2 while I've opted to run 3-2W-2MC-2AMR/AMC-1, with everyone from the MCs up stacked hard to the right (he put a 2 and 3 star here as if to tempt me, when he has a 4 and 5 on the other side...)

My players can all easily switch to the left or a balanced dual flank attack without a sub required, I'm just hoping he doesn't go for a wholesale formation change just before the teams are locked in (as that could be problematic lol). Although as it's lvl2, he probably won't even watch the game /sigh

*update*

Just won my CL final, 1:0 though, so closer than what I had anticipated. I always hate going up against 4-1-x formations, they are so defensive that I can't get a lead, am usually not in danger from their offense in general play but every time my players make a foul I start to get worried
