As you can see my ave quality is almost 40 !!! What is the easiest way to get it up to 40 without spending money lol ( i have none ) is it training selling my lowest ?? please advice if I trained my youngsters how long it would take to build up to 40 ?????

How many competitions are you playing in? If you only have the league and therefore just 1 match a day, then training your players at regular intervals (not power training as this uses too many greens), and, depending on the condition bar, I train max on all players until they dip into the orange, then rest them up.

that´s why i hate forums....the way i put the prints came up that way..i click on the attachments with the right mouse button and choose to open in new tab..it works for me

Hi honey^^ I've seen a pic here and I see 'ur team as a 3* quality?^^ with the fans that you have, why you don't try to add a friend with 2-3 levels + than u to buy his 5* players' that don't need? you will save lots of tokens, and I'm sure that a cool girl like you will have dozens of friends to obtain good players.
