In the cup I am playing against higher level players, they say they are same quality as mine so I should not complain about it.

But now I am level 5 and playing in league with players from level 6 and they are a lot like 10 teams of them; during the whole season they have access to higher players from auction.

The scout list is the same for all of us (they are world class for me and scouts for them), but in auction I only have access to 5* players and not 6*. [The 5* player for me is only 4* player for the Level 6 manager]

I think since I am playing in the level above me I should get access to their auction list which will contain of course scouts (6* players).

if this is the case you are top of server so tank ( no promotion ) a couple seasons and if your player`s are young then save skill point`s till you want to go up and you will dominate league that season

So early a level, it must be a newer server, Tanking a season or two will be the best strategy to improve your team.

Guys,if he tanked this season he'll still be lv5 in lv6 league even next season right? and whenever he promote he'll be in lower level than his league opponents is that right or maybe it'll change next season or so?

No if he tanks, there should be enough players promoting after this season to have a league of mostly his level.

Exactly, you would tank first and in the new season after you tanked you would buy a scout. If you bought the scout first and tanked that season you would be wasting a year of a scout. Albeit, he would be better but why would you want to have a scout playing for a team that is losing since you buy them to win. The main point is, just in case it was not clear, that you tank the season and play your worst players so you lose the game. why play your best players?
