I think it is random as u can have finds on different servers. If they accept it, the best way to know whether they r on or server or not is to see if u can see their league or cl or cup matches. If u can, they r on the same server, else they r not. If they r not, u can only exchange packs.

im hearing rumors that there is a much higher chance to be on the same server if via invite
but yeah, sometimes you switch servers when a new season starts

You never switch servers that I know of. If you directly invite someone to the game they should be on your server, but perhaps not in your league.

If you invite on FBook/email, etc, they can be on diff servers.
If invite direct on t11, they are on your server only.

I am fairly certain that it works depending on who amongst your respective friends are already playing, but if it is only you and a friend that you invite, they will be on your server.

yep, i meant same league
just invited 2 friends, both are on the same server, funny thing is they have better times averaging 4-7PM where as most of my games are 1-3AM
