Why did you make a video? You couldn't have just wrote that? lol. In fairness i used to have loads of injuries, then i discovered stretching/cardio etc, now i very rarely get an injury.

EDIT: Also so you have your tackling set to 'Hard'? if so this will contribute to injuries.

    What's this stretching/cardio option?

I think what Chev Chelios wanted to ask was how does stretching/cardio influence injuries in a positive way and I'm very curious to know that too...

    Is this officialy stated anywhere?
I'm avoiding trainings bcs I had even more injuries when I was doing them.
Tackling affects opponent's players, not mine I believe.

Training has nothing to do with preventing injuries. It CAN cause them (especially if set to 'hard') but if you think this game is sophisticated enough to enable stretching and cardio that really increases your player's suppleness and fitness rather than a name given to 10% and 20% training, then I suggest you invest in my latest get rich quick scheme.

Just send me a cheque for £1000 and I'll show you how...
