Negotiations or Auctions

I know to get a player on to Negotiations I have to get my player 1 skill point away from the next star. However, I am not sure what to do when I get there. I have a player level 39 (1 point away from 40). To get him on to Negotiations do I transfer list him or does he automatically go onto the Negotiations list. The reason I ask is because I have not transfer listed him yet, but I have not received any offers for him yet through Negotiations either. He is a fast learner too, just not good enough for my team.

He is aitomatically putted there as soon as he is one SP of next star.

In lower levels i think negotiations are not very common because you can easily find equal player in auctions.

Oh right thanks. What level roughly do people start using Negotiations. I am Level 5 at the moment.

I am also level 5, and have the same thing with negotiations, but i see here in the forum that higher level managers have some good deals.

I think that also depend of the server.
