when he has 45 quality his player`s will be 5*, every 15 skill point a player get 1 rating and every 75 skill is a star and the rating go up in 5 for star, ie player that 21 rated needs 60 skill to get to 25 and next star

It depends on what level you are, when you promote your players will lose a star
at lv1 20-24 is 5* but at lv2 it's 4* so a 5* is between 25-29 and so on

Does this slow down for later levels of the game or do the people playing at level 20 have 116-119 as 5* players and Lv21 116-119 then as 4* players?
I'm hoping the quality jumps slow down a bit at later levels.
I'm level 3 now and it's hard keeping up with the quality jumps each season, I can see later levels being much much worse ))

each level you will have more quality players on the market,
