I know exactly what you are talking about. I've been observing the Transfer Market for some time as well. What I've seen on many occasions was that many players bid at Initial Round but only one of them bids in the next round and gets a five-star player for only 2 tokens. I'm like... seriously?! Who is crazy enough to think that he can buy a quality player with just 1 token? This doesn't make sense. In my opinion, it could be the "ghost profiles" theory you mentioned or the more likely one which is that I'm always having bad luck because when I bid for quality players I have to spend at least 10 tokens

i`ve spent 3 tokens on two decent players on third day this season, yes expected to pay more tokens so i was in shock to start with and when shock went i ran around the block cheering while naked ( still waiting for police to turn up )
