7-8-9 rating is what you should look for to build a good team (not suit for non-token buyer). As soon as you see the string of low form matches (below 7), its time to go on Transfer Market and see Mr. Scout.

Some players can be very active and stay great form for one season and collapse at the next season. I guess this is very common, so don't ever stop looking for a better player, start from your weakest spot!

ps: In case you had big win, your GK and DCs may have low rates then it's okie because they weren't contribute much for that game.
