As I am lvl 4, I am sure his stat is far beyond other players in my league and CL.

Here is another player, his stat is quite similar to Cesc but his rating were better than Cesc.

Can we see Pirlo's stats? IMO your MCs are way too attacking, they've only just hit 6* and their defence is already 20 points behind their other two stats. Definitely they will lose to average 5* attackers, even if they will do well when attacking. They won't get MOTM every match like that.

Yap, but other players are performing well, their stats are all above rating 7. There are some players that I dont even allocate skills, but they r performing well beyond Cecs.

Well, Pirlo is getting more goals and assists, always helps your rating. Assists are understandable as he'll probably be your corner kick taker and has amazing crossing + specialist SA, but Fabregas should be getting assists as well, and not sure why Pirlo is getting so many more goals than him.

Regarding other players, it's better for AMs and STs to have more attack compared to an M, Ms are supposed to be more balanced, and I believe your Ds and DMs are getting all defence and p&m, which is good as well. Only the M row I tend to balance their stats.

I also suspect it's easier for less skilled players to get a good rating because not much is expected from them.
