    he's not really rushing. at his level, the stadium is the only one left to upgrade. the rest of the facilities are probably maxed out.

    twelve level does not give me nothing more to build but I think something is missing:

    video wall nursery level 9 level 8 stage spotlight 10 level 15

    at what level it begins again to build?
