I will buy cash with tokens to continue expanding my stadium if there was no limit of fan attendance.
I am level4, and my constructions are in idle stage, i must expand my stadium in order to upgrade other facilities but only 11.5k out of 32K fans are allowed to attend 57K capacity of stadium.......
In order to expand my stadium, i need 50M cash
So what will you do in my place?

it means = Here is the stats of my stadium;pitch, seats and medical level 9. lights level 8 and scoreboard level 15.
at what level it begins again to build?
it means = In what level they allow me to start build other facilities again?

Hmmm well if everything is maxed then you're all done. Currently, my stadium and facilities levels are 13, 12, 8, 13, 14, 15, 12, 10 and 9. I only have bigger stadiums left to build, nothing else.
