Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. You can buy players with skills. But Skills are very much secondary to Quality. Focus on raising your player's quality instead of training a new position/skill.

ok thanks, also bow do i level up? i see some people who joined on the same day but are level 2 and i am still level 1

They probably levelled up by finishing in the top 7 of the league. I guess, as you are playing your second season, that you missed promotion last season. Promotion = levelling up.

ah thanks, so best thing is just to keep what i am doing, maybe buy the odd 1-2payers and try to promote right?
