She never said anything about super rewards, she offered multiple suggestions on how to buy tokens. If that still doesn't work just tell them more specifically that none of the methods work and you can't buy using your phone.

It is against the rules to post private conversations on the forums, including tickets with support. From what I can see, you posted your ticket as though Support had insight into the PMs you sent me about your problem. They sadly don't, so please respond to your ticket as though you are explaining your issue for the first time. The more info you give support, the better they will be able to help you.
