Like i said, even I invest another thousand USD, there is no way for me to beat level 16....... their qualities are far beyond us.

I strongly believe it should be fixed, make it more flexible and competitive...

Right now is not competitive, this CUP is for those level 14,15,16 to compete...
No, you don't understand me, what I meant is exactly what you said.

Two managers posted their prize money, one is level 2, one is level 5. Both are competing against much better teams.
