How to take players out from reserve?

Well yes you just swap the player lol.

I mean they are good but not good enough to make into first team, so i want to make them into substitution. But sometime when i swap certain player from regular formation before a match, they get labelled reserved and unable to appear in the squad during match. anyway to prevent that?

Just swap them back as a sub. Not sure what the problem is....
