Need to start training my players... I'm f...ing scared! :)

So, untill level 4, with 35 tokens and some help from referals, i got along just fine.
But now, in level 4, i don't have the money to make any transfers, not to talk about the tokens

This meens i need to start training my players, and this terrifies me.
I'm still in the cup, I qualified for CL, and i still want to win the league (untill i see that i have 3 tokenbuyers in my league).

My team is preatty ok, full squad of 4 *'s, all players that got no bad grades last season.
I have 5, 5 * players, substitutions for every place on the field, except AMC.

I have some good trainers, one verry good trainer, and some not so good.
Is it worth training my players in this situation?
