Compensation for losses/injuries during "down server" time

yes ok . i lost on 2 critical matches yesterday with injury bcs servers was down . restart the games was the best...but some gifts etc will be good for all the players .... what i can say...whatever !

I would suggest to send all players tokens as compension for the anger. So everyone could decide himself how he will act in Medical, Energy packs, buy some players or other stuff.

An do not only consider match losses or this stuff, also consider the trouble not to manage their teams, support or even trade on the transfermarkt for not only a few minutes.

my best ST just came back from 4 days of injuries, placed em in my team again. server went down, i came back, and he's injured for 4 days AGAIN Got a big match tomorrow (playing against the nr one in the competition) and i have to play it with back-up players because of the injuries or yellow cards of my team (got 3 injured right now, and 4 yellow cards) Didn't have those before the server crash..

Oh well, I hope the next server crash doesnt affect my team..

But a compensation will be welcome.

So what i think guys, we don't get a compensation about server down and following losese/injuries and more. We are nothing. My plesure is, just back 2 tokens when i change my hour for my match. And nothing more, just 2 tokens. Becouse i want to play my game in time when is good for me. Admin, keep for your squad red, green, blue nad bells. Please, back my 2 tokens. Im not guilty when i i don't have a chance to watch/play my game. I was paying for tokens and you need to give me access to the game. Once you've paid me no service is provided, it you are bound to recover my cost!

well never forget, my idea for them is put a poll up for what we as customer`s deem fair for compensation, then the majority votes say`s it all

We will not forget about this issue? why? because it will happen again, its happened 3 times already in the last month.

Oh! and who's to say that the pre-sim bug of the last day of last season will occur again? If they don't know what caused it, then theres a chance it may happen again just at the end of this season.
