While I know this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, there's a lot to consider with each solution. Giving game-wide items would certainly give everyone a boost, but on the other hand, it doesn't do much for those who have lost a match due to technical difficulties. On the other hand, putting the game world on hold has its own onslaught of issues.

To put it simply, we are considering everything you have suggested and weighing the pros and cons of each. It's all very delicate business, so please be patient. If you have been suffering any technical issues since logging back in, please contact Support.

Thank you for looking at the suggestions, the complaints and trying to find the best way to a remedial in the future. You are right, there is not one way of replacing what was lost during that day ( some will still be angry anyway and some will be please of getting freebies when they did not suffer of the problem....... it's in your hand and do what you think is the most fair...if there is any). to be honest I was very angry with the multiple injuries end of last season and beginning of this one but now thing have settle down and maybe it's also this part of unpredictable that make the game interesting as long as it 's not permanent.
