No strikers from U-21?

Hi. I'm now playing my 13th season on top eleven and havent got a single striker from my U-21! Always some DR,DC,DL,MC,AMC. Is there any option where i can choose which type of players i want from my U-21? My youth academy is on max level (10) if that matters to something.

And also i'd like to ask what is the best place (where i have to pay less tokens) to buy players? Negotiations? Auctions? Got now 41 tokens so should i wait to when i get 50 so i can buy one from "Scout"?

Seems like more than bad luck to go for 13 seasons without getting a striker.
I think you're more likely to get a youngster in a position where you don't have a squad player, so if you already have 3 or 4 strikers you won't get one but I don't think there's anything you can do to choose what type of player you get.

Keep checking the transfer list regularly, there are good players to be had for only a few tokens but you have to get your timing right and get lucky.

For 11 seasons I only got DCs and DLsnd DRs. Twice I even got MCs. But never ST, AMC,DMC,DML,DMR,AML,AMR............ Ya, once I got a GK but he was the18T one so let him go

This is my 13th season as well but I got 4-5 strikers from my youth academy so far....just like you didn't get any forward I didn't get any attacking midfielder so far.
You can't decide what players you want the academy to produce...
Check for auctions first,try to bid if your server has cooled down otherwise try for negotiations...scouts are useless if you don't power train them or if you keep getting promoted to the next level..

Thanks for your answers. Just got my long needed striker (4star) from auctions only for 2 tokens! And my first DMC ever (5star) for 4 tokens! I guess morning is the best time of day to bid on players, because got those two for cheap price.

Strikers from youth do occur. I have one on my team right now.

I have only generated 6 youth players so far, but all of them have been goalies.

I have Been lucky this season in one of my Team i received 2 doble role players, one DC/DR 2* and one DML/ML 4*.
I think that i have already received players for all positions, but the most common as Been MCs.

i also had my first 2* U21 team member as a DML/ML.
The 4*, token one, i don't remember, they don't exist for me...

i`v had 1 striker and i signed to power train but what i`v been getting almost every time is a GK I DON`T NEED A GK, i think i`v figured out why, they give you a certain player where you are strongest in the squad
