My friend listed player for transfer but I can not find on my game.

it`s possible you are not on same server, try going to your friends squad and click on player that`s he is selling and see if make offer/bid comes up and do it that way

If you went to his squad and still couldn't bid, it is that he is not on the same server as yourself. you can tell which friends are, you can see their fixtures.

That's not good if can't play & exchange with friends. I can't buy/bid/offer any of my friends players.

actually the negotiating between players is terrible. theres a minimum bid that goes to the troll under the table in some shady room in some wopwops (dat be kiwi slang for town in nowhereville). the cash amount is set to rise for every token near base value. so its not really negotiating between managers until you can actually get rid of the middle man
in the mean time i call it 'selling your soul to the devil'

sure i get this literally nullifies higher levelled players giving away deadweights to lower levelled players that are converted to superstars, but at least balance it a bit

I need players from Asian country and only my friend get them on transfer list.

You can change the nationality of players, you know. When you have the players card open, there's a pencil next to their Name. It does cost a Token, but at the same time you can change their Number and Name as well.
