    negotiations

    Do both sides of negotiations have to be a level 4 manager or higher, or only the one who starts the negotiations should be a level 4 manager or higher?

    As far as I know both sides have to be atleast Level 4. Also if you want to buy a player from a friend, he must be in the same server as you.

    Can you also confirm, that negotiations are only up to 5* players (max quality)?

    Also, if I have a player on eg 49.8, 50, 50 quality ( 1 point away from next star), then that player is automatically listed on negotiation list....BUT can I see which list he is on?

    YES all player`s that are 1 skill from next star will auto go on list but they will not go on your neg list so you can`t see what other list he his on
