How can i make an offer ? There´s no symbol or I´m just a little blind, please help me !

You can only buy players that are 3 to 5 stars from your manager level, and the player's team must be on your server. You can tell if a friend is on your server if you can see their fixtures.

so yeah you guys must be at least lvl 4, same server, and within 3-5 stars of your manager level
id prefer to take 6 single token gambles on the transfer market because you have to pay the middle a set amount of tokens

u have to be in same server so u can buy them, but if he doesnt play anymore, its impossible

Oh course! Sorry to miss that very important part... If he doesn't play he wouldn't be there to accept any offers....
