why we need quiet hours in auction?

There is no set quiet times, it is when people on your server are asleep, that is when it is quiet. That's all.

then please explain on my server busy time is 5am to 8am yet when players are awake from 8am through the day nothing ??

edit: i`v said all along Nordeus need to mix generated players up not stick them in a 2/3 hour time space which is normally 5am to 8am
