Need Some Advice Formation to Counter

3W - 2(DMC) - 2(MR/ML) - 1AMC - 2
4 - 3N - 2(AMR/AML) - 1

anyway.. I was on level 13, and I have some six-stars players (scout), but it is not maximal if he's play, with statistic always show 5-6, no more..
whereas the five-stars players (excellent) can be on top of their (7-9).. how did that happen? and how to improve their quality (statistic) apart from the moral..

for 4-3n-2w-1 go with 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly - attacking, down both flanks, short, zonal, own half, hard/normal tackling, no counter, no offside, red arrows on AML/R and ST.
for 3w-2dmc-2w-1-2 go with 4-1dmc-1mc-2w-2 - attacking, down both flanks, mixed, zonal, own half, hard/normal tackling, no counter, no offside with red arrows on AML/R and STs.
for 3n-3n-3w-1 go with either 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly (orders said before) or 4-1-4-1 with attacking, down both flanks, short/mixed, zonal, own half, hard/normal tackling, no offside, no counter with red arrows on ML/MR and ST.
