Nordgen player?

I have one question according to one player I bought today. He is 19yo, has a value of 20,6 M and a salary of 620k. So according to one of the previous posts I read, this should be a nordgen (ergo very good) player. Am I right? I calculated the following:

20600000/620000=33,22 -> fast trainer = good player?!?

He has 59 points and is missing 6 SP to get another star. I am level 9

value divided with salary. if the outcome is over 30, it is a fast trainer - if i understood it right

Can someone verify the formula is correct please?
And what do you mean by 40/80/120 average? is it the gain from Streching/Cardio/Practice match in percentage?

thats the gain in percentage from a skillpoint on hard intensity for stretching/cardio/practicematch. The formula is 'correct' but the ratio drops while you advance in the game to higher lvls.

At level 9 a fast Nordeus Gen will cost around 31 million......
