is this good to build on? i recently have won a few games in my league and am sitting 6th,also somehow i am in the last 16 of the cup, as you can see my team is very young (i do need another defender though) but any advice from here ?

Also what should i build next (after my scoreboard is done) ?

I'm not sure about the the DL-DC-DR set up. It's a bit dodgy if you're up against 2 or more strikers, best to invest in central defenders and play DC-DC-DC. Apart from that, it looks okay. With some training you'll be better

He will be using the hard training to make up for the lack of champions league matches in Level 1. Hit training since players are not involved in too many games.

Its a good team for a Level 1 team, hopefully with a good bit of simple man-management, like watching games, making subs, regular training, I don't feel theres any need to invest in new players until you win promotion to Level 2 so you can save up a few tokens, once your Level 2, your 3* players become 2* and those older 2* players will have to be released on a free transfer (nobody will want those players sadly) and replaced with new 5* players, get to know how the transfer market works and the bidding/knockout system by watching a few auctions on players and learn how to get 5* quality on the cheap.

That team you currently have and some of the 5* players already there should be more than good enough to ensure you finish in the Top 4, which will ensure you qualify for the Champions League next season which will bring a lot of extra income for your team.

Looks good, just need to tinker with the formation like dv8r mentioned, personally i'd invest also in one or two skilled strikers...
