Hey guys,

I started to feel Nordeus doesn't care about at all. After they have been earning million of USD from us, they started to ignoring us.

First of all, they failed to compensate us for login error. In the past, they at least compensated us to make us happy a bit. It happened 3 times in 3 days..

Worst, I wrote 2 requests to them about this issue and they closed my request without answering me...

WTF is that? Is it the right way to treat the people who spend thousand of USD? They should at least reply or apologize to all of us about it.

Bcoz of this stupid login error, matches have been played automatically, injuries, player who is 38 quality has 50-35-35(imagine how many green pack i used on him) was sold out in Knockout round 1.

Seriously, I am extremely unhappy about it.
