I've been thinking the same thing, Julio. It's a quite logical conclusion based on what we're seeing. And if it's true, then that's a good thing IMO. It helps with the cup situation with the wide disparity in quality, and it makes the game more playable for everyone so you have a chance against the token buyer with the all scout++ team. On the other hand, it makes the token buyer upset that they can't just throw some money at the game and destroy every opponent - but they're not actually playing the game anyway ...
