A question on negotiation...
Suppose I have a player who is only 1 skill point away from SCOUT, then will I have to put that player on NEGOTIATION or it will automatically appear in the NEGOTIATION list...

Automatically buddy but if you don't want to sell , if you get an offer just press the ignore all offers button ( or whatever it's called ) lol

I find it doesn't work, at least not all the time, the reject all. I have a couple MC/DMC's I have carefully trained on one of my farm teams that is an experiment with 4* players, but I kept getting offers for 'em and an ST as well so I wound up assigning points to make the offers stop.
Alternately, it's a fun way to sell your guys without have to list them if that's what you want.
Expressed above is my own opinion. ☻ Your results may vary.

Then yep, just get them that one cone shy of a star and they will be eligible. Which doesn't mean the offers will come pouring in instantly though for good multi-roles it seems to be quicker. Also too, I found some offers (no tokens) insulting enough to reply with maximum price..
