What I do is train after they healed after match and I don't let their fitness go lower than 65-70 so that they can heal fully before next game I do try to save my green boxes rather than use them
do you actually calculate the number of 5% recovery periods available from immediately after a match to the next match? And then determine how low you can go ...with the players that you want to play in the next match... the rest can burn further fat
