bring back old transfer market

I think that, with the possibility to sell 3 star players it's still possible to build a decent team......else they could add a few places in the squad, so one could keep a few fringe players till they get to 2 stars and then sell them....Old market would be sweet, but with a few tweaks they could make the new market work (I don't mind a bit of a token war every now and then)....as it is now, it's just not sustainable in the long term......

this the thing why should we only be able to sell 2 star player who are 3 levels below yet can`t sell 3 star to 2 levels below ?? it does not make sense the same as changing what was NEVER a problem to a Major pain in the posterior

edit; who ever came with this new transfer market needs an Enema to clear their brain

I'll try and explain myself better with an example. I play on level 5, my brother is on level 3 (2 levels below me)
With the old transfer market he could see the 3 star players (5 to him) that I put on the market.
A few days ago we tried it with the new market and he couldn't see them on his market.
Yesterday somebody told me that he sold a 3 stars player to somebody 2 levels below him. I was wondering if, with the new market, it is possible to sell at least 3 stars player to manager playing 2 levels below OR buying from manager playing 2 levels above (since once of the ADMIN said they changed a few stuffs 2-3 days ago)

nowadays since i dont have the new tranny they probably removed that. again that doesnt make sense. that extra 5* players like an extra birdie to us (the new tranny holders, im still rocking with the ancient)

I answer your question. Being on top of my server i wasn't able to sell before. I have difficulties now. But the market is improved.

The name of the thread is biased, as it was started by a manager that most particularly wants the Market as it was, however, all comments PRO and CON are being put in this thread so that the feedback is in one place.

We could change the name of the thread, but out of respect for the manager who started it, I haven't..

thank you Cat for not changing title as i am angry with the new transfer market and still am, it`s been two months almost i`v had this and even with the extended time for player`s to be on market and the massive one extra 5 star player ( wow improvement NOT ) NOTHING HAS CHANGED, the so called extra 5 star player has been worse than useless and trying to sell 3 star player`s too 2 levels below is impossible so the extended time is just prolonging the player/player`s not being sold,

so i URGE Nordeus to return the old transfer market back by the start of the new season or i will quit as they have ruined a perfectly good thing into a nightmare which in turn has ruined the enjoyment of the game,

they Nordeus asked for our feedback on things well they have it here and the vote in sticky at the top of page, now all i would like is Nordeus to respond and let us know what their plans are now, this lack of reply from them self`s as to what`s happening is in my view disrespectful toward their customer`s

I'll quit with you, Spornybol. The game is not interesting anymore for many of us. Forget about more REAL changes, Spornybol; Nordeus has enough feedback, but they won't bring the old market back. Here is my reasoning:

In my opinion, the great business for Nordeus is the scarcity of 5 * players that are offered to the SAME SET of managers; if you pay attention, the players don't change from one session to another, as it used to happen in the OM, and it's relatively easy to recognize the same managers bidding... This shortage of 5 * players is what generates bid wars for every single 5 * player that is put in the the market, regardless the age of the player and the day of the season, today is day 17 and we can still see bid wars at any time. As a consequence, in my opinion, this is the main reason why we can't sell to lower levels: if we could sell to lower levels, there would be a flood of 5 * players, impossible to manage as Nordeus only show 6 five-star players to the same set of managers. And another positive reading for Nordeus: if you want a good team, as it is very difficult, and very expensive, to get them bidding, you'll need to buy scouts, so much more Tokens will be spent every season...

So, in a "professional business" view, the new market is very well thought. At the end of the day, Nordeus is a company and this is a business. They probably have calculated the number of quits they can afford to make the action profitable; I only hope the ones who quit will be enough to make them fail...

I will quit too, so that is 3 of us right away and I know of some of my in game friends who will too so there will be loads, so it might make business sense for Nordeus to make this decision for profit but I don't think they have thought about all the players they will lose

so Nordeus are restricting us on selling 3 star player`s to teams because of influx of 5 stars so in turn stopping us to be manager`s, well this sounds a lot like the Bosman ruling where the club restricted the player from doing his job, thought we were past the 80`s and into a more modern game
