What to do with my team

So at the start of the season I bought myself a scout striker Q68 im in level 9 by now i have increase him on Q69 but the problem is that he ist preforming that good as I wanted to be. Hes value is 21,9 milions.

What should I do? in 7 games he has scored ony 1 goal hes form is 5,7,8,6,6,6,7.

but the problem is that i have 2-18yo striker both Q60 and value 25 milions and 2-19yo strikers valued 22 milions with Q60. thats 5* in my level.

Im playing 4-4-2 wit blue arrows on both DCs and red arrows on MR,ML, and red on both strikers My orders are normal, both flanks down, whole pitch, normal, mixed, zonal. most of my players have 5* which tatcic do you advise me to play with it ????

    I have
    3 GK all 5*
    2 DL 5* and 4*
    3 DC 5* and two 4*
    2 DR 5*, 4*
    1 ML 5*
    5 MC one4* others 5*
    2 DML both 5*
    2 DMR both 5*
5 Strikers 4strikers have 5* and one has 6* hes a scout. What tactisc should I do to make the best out of my team???

All players you buy, apart from GK, ST and MC should be able to play in at least two positions, that way you can adapt any formation.
And agreed, sell one of your GK (I'd sell two of them, but I'm quite happy to only have one GK)

Why red on strikers and blue on dcs? Makes any difference? I use same orders except pressing only own half. 4-4-2 and ML and MR red.

3 goalkeepers may not be necessary. I have just two and I've got my 2nd goalkeeper injuredn only when training. Goalkeepers doesn't seem to get injured often.

I see not only GK also ST.
    4ST is enough for 4-4-2.

You have alot of enough ST, try 3ST formation like 4-3-3 or 3-4-3.
Your scout striker may work well too.

Sell a keeper, 1 or 2 of your MC's and a striker and buy some attacking midfielders!

out of these players you could make 3n-2w-3n-2 (3 x DC, DML/R, 3x MC and 2 x ST)
    4-3n-3
    5-3n-2

but if you want to keep using 4-4-2 classic thats fine. the orders i would recommend you are attacking, down both flanks, short/mixed passing, zonal, own half, hard/normal tackling, no counter, no offside. red arrows on ML/R and STs. put them on your DL/DR in a match if you want more attack. don't use blue arrows anywhere, they are pointless.

    have fun.
