    I'm literally at last game of the season and I have scouts that are 7 stars with like 47 or more quality and I'm currently level 5 should I buy one now or wait?

    Wait till new season starts to get the a full season out of him.

    if you wait till the new season...you get scouts on a higher level from the previous season.
    If your current scout level starts at 55 then you get scouts from 55 to 59. In they new season this goes from 60 to 64.
    so rather than buy a 59 today, get a 64 tomorrow.
