Long shot, but something to consider.......When you are blocked from adding favourites its best to check that favourites have not sneaked into your Negotiations List (which counts towards the total).

(Sometimes if you had a favourite 'target' in Auctions and they were 1sp away - if someone else wins him they pop up in Negotiatans list as a favourite. )
