Signed an 18 year old 5* ML, AML on the last day of last season, seemed a good buy, but am starting to see why he was sold.
Trained on 'Practice Match' intensity 'Hard' he gained 20 skill progress! Yes TWENTY!
And 'Stretching' on 'Normal' just there, he gained absolutely nothing. ZERO, NIL, ZILCH!!!
Never seen that before!

I think you win on worst trainer ever, no wonder it seemed a good deal, his manager couldn't wait to offload him. But since he's 19 he should be easy to convince some poor other manager to take him.

I bet he was a freebie 2* on the original manager's squad that he got late in the season.

One of my new youngsters yesterday was a ML/AML which was a stroke of luck, so sold that other guy on straight away!

I signed a 18 years old ST and he gains 750-75 skill progress with a practice match :P

but how is he during the game?
I got a player with a ratio value/wage > 60.. he is a really fast trainer (+3 cones for a practice match - hard) but he is terrible while playing... average rating around 5, just some yellow cards... now he is just training and sitting on the bench :-)

it is not just a theory, it is proved.
If the ratio is > 30 is a fast training, less than 10 is a mummy :-)
