    You have been very lucky to able to field a full scout team, the most I have ever managed is to get 3 in one season, the last two seasons I've only got 1 and have had to make do with hot prospects if I'm lucky!.

    It has its drawbacks, i've only won the cup twice in 12 seasons, and one of those was in season one, i was already through to the last 16 when i took over the team.
