I have discovered the True Tactic of preventing tired players in many games

and it is very simple -- play in only one Cup competition besides the league. Don't be a bozo and play all three competitions and then complain of tired players

Now now, let's not be rude.

It is true that if you are only in 2 competitions, your players will be less tired (and get less injuries).
However, you will have less $$ from competition prizes, and truly that's where the best income is..
also less boosters if you have less games to attend.

Indeed very true, but the OP was concerned with how tired the players are, and friendlies do tire players.

If you are only playing 2 competition then you can play friendlies on days when only 1 match scheduled...More ever you can also play friendlies by your lesser quality team(substitutes)......

Also true, and now that friendlies don't affect the other guy you can play pretty much as many as you feel like. I do play them on days with only one match, it is good training for sure.

Even better is only playing 1 game each day, i am doing that with one of hm teams, no CL, out of the CUP in first ROUND.
And i can confirm, my players arent tired, and i have a lot of greens.

Is exactly what I did to won my last 5 champions leagues, leave the cup... and tank 2 seasons and play for the league 2 seasons... ...7 seasons = 5 Champions leagues... but remember, that, the player skills have some penaties, for example, for wrong position, less morale and condition.
So, I too have to say that perfectly you can score with a player at "0" condition because the game don't put a penalty under the player like an injurie. With an injurie, the player don't appear, but without condition, yeah.
Of course it increases % of injuerie... but not always is = injurie, like the training. I can train all my team 30% hard 5 times consecutive without injurie.
