    Orders for narrow diamond 4-1-2-1-2

Can anyone give tips for narrow diamond 4-1-2-1-2.
My Orders are team mentality attacking, focus passing trough the middle, pressing style own half, tackling style hard or normal (hard if i'm weaker),passing style mixed, marking style zonal.
    Here is my team http://i60.tinypic.com/2n6djme.jpg
    Any tips are welcome

That's the same set of orders I'd use, apart from I always press both halves.

4-1-2-1-2 isnt effective anymore, 4-4-2 classic crushes the formation, nothing its the way its used to be anymore, games is broken in so many ways it isnt funny anymore.

I've been using this one since a long time. Attacking if I'm stronger, defending if I'm weaker. I only get trumped by some new absurd exploits users have found like this:

    ST-ST
    AMC
    ML-MC-MR
    DMC
    DC-DC-DC

    It's preposterous.
