From where does SPECIAL ABILITY players come ???

I want to know that from where does SPECIAL ABILITY players come...

Does NORDEUS pump these players on there own...
Or the people who train there players special ability...
Or we can get them form our youth academy. But till now I haven't got any SPECIAL ABILITY form my youth academy...

it`s very rare that you get a special ability from Nordeus though it does happen but 99% of these player`s are from personal training from teams them self`s as with youth you Never get any with ability and as i said on another thread if they gave ability to say player`s that cost 18 to 24 token`s to sign then maybe they would be worth it, i`v only signed 1 player that cost 24 token because i read they where fast trainer`s ?? well not this one i was given a dud so won`t sign another that cost tokens unless they (Nordeus) add the ability on in future, that being said i probably won`t be here to see until they sort this frigging new market out

dont know where nordgens come from, but players from my youth academy are from my van. that reminds me i should go hunting again soon ;P

The players of Mr. scout have these abilities, and in the market the more usual is to buy scouts that another team bought for 50 tokens.. is a little % who train one ability, and I really think that is not worth, because players can have one of these abilities in hidden mode. In this case theres no signal of special ability and is the coach who have to discover this, looking how effective is the player and, well, basically looking that this player have better % of programming to do something, like pick corners, or fouls.

i very lucky in new team. i start new team few days ago and got 2 player with special ability. i dont know, maybe they generate more good player now

i got a 24 token youth acm/acl other day but never signed as not worth it, why because i could be leaving unless they fix this market so no point in signing and training if i`m not here to do it, ohh look no signing = tokens saved, no training = tokens saved for not getting packs = Nordeus plan backfired in getting more tokens

When i start my training team few week ago, i get only 1 player with SA. i think it random
