I dont really think its worth all the effort!, if you buy a 3* fast trainer to waist loads of boosters on power training them for a season or two then sell them are you really sure even if you get a bidding war on the player the money you get back probably does not equal the value you have spent on time and boosters!!!., If you train him to scout and keep him then yes it might be worth it.

Im training my free youth GK one on one stopper and he has 40 SPs already, he is about 53Q otherwise, I will bring him to 54Q with ability by end of season and sell him on 1st day next season as a 20yo...... I hope there is some action over him....

You lose the money and he turns into an FA levels above... same as if you release instead of sign him.
