There's no limit of level. If you end between the 1st-7th position you win a level. That's something eternal...

Depende del servidor, hay cientos de servidores y, mucha gente no se registra en este foro, entonces por ahora creo que el mas alto del que he oido algo esta por el nivel 40 mas o menos.
