I dont understand this...

My level 9 account is selling a 4* player, 59Q DL/DC, 29YO.

The guy in the picture is level 11 manager but level 9 team, and he is in the list of managers trying to buy my player. how does that happen in these lower levels???

What this puzzles me is that at level 11 he would be going after a 2* player which I thought was impossible.
But apparently his team is level 9, which I find VERY strange.

Is it because he gave up his level 11 team and took over a level 9 team?

I have not taken over any teams, so I dont know if this is the result of that sort of thing.

nope because I would have 16 in my pic but I have 12. I have played 16 seasons and my team is level 12 still, so i believe its exactly like I asked and Skidz confirmed, where he took over a lower level team. thanks for the thought though. if you can prove you are correct, then I will humbly apologize, but otherwise, I am sure that someone will confirm what Skidz said and i speculated.

I tank alot and its not the same for me. I show 12 in level and manager but this is my 16th season after 4 tankings.

I agree with skidz, its most like that the guy dumped his team and took one 2 levels lower.
