Is too many 18 year old a hindrance or an advantage?

My current average age of my squad is 23.4, but I'm mainly a scout buyer
The lowest I have ever seen is 19.1, but its football that matters not the age but it always helps to have experience.

You're better than everyone in my league except me. 2nd highest in my league is 21.7

my ave age is 20.0 with 22 players
4 -21yrs
7 -20yrs
6 - 19yrs
3 -18 yrs
will be selling start off season 2 -22 yr old and currently selling 24yr old so age ave will go down
ave age after and ave quality (at mo 35.1) will edit in when 24 yr old sold
edit ave age now 19.8
