When to sell a scout???

Hey guys,
I have a couple young players that recently became sout players.
When is the best time to sell them?
Can managers from my level even buy them??
I'm level 4...

You should probably keep them for next season as backups, sell when they downgrade to 4* players, that's what I would do. I have like 14 players on 6* at the moment, they will be 5* next season and still useful for my team.
