When to sell a scout???

Hey guys,
I have a couple young players that recently became sout players.
When is the best time to sell them?
Can managers from my level even buy them??
I'm level 4...

No managers won't see 6 stars players on the transfer market.
Sell them when they will be 4,5 stars for your team.
