When to sell a scout???

I have a couple young players that recently became sout players.
When is the best time to sell them?
Can managers from my level even buy them??
I'm level 4...

You should probably keep them for next season as backups, sell when they downgrade to 4* players, that's what I would do. I have like 14 players on 6* at the moment, they will be 5* next season and still useful for my team.

I have 6 7 star player and 2 that soon will be 7*.
And 7 young players (18-19) that just became scouts....
And I'm planning on buying young players next season and power train them or buy scouts depends on if I can get good young players....
So I don't think they'll be good enough.
Sell when they downgrade to 4*? That won't be for another 2 seasons..

Nope, he was 8* last season and is 7* now, 31 skill points to the next star

To answer the OP's question, those players that are 6* currently could last another 2-3 seasons at your club depending on how well the player develops in training, if they are young and fast trainers, then it maybe worth using some spare green boosters to train them, remember a player needs 75 skill points a season to maintain a relative rating compared to manager level.

No managers won't see 6 stars players on the transfer market.
Sell them when they will be 4,5 stars for your team.

@ Pricop won't managers from higher levels see my 6* players?
For them they will only be 4 or 5*....?
