That happened a little too often for my liking too. Now if there's any chance, I let injuries heal naturally or only shorten it by healing just the last bit.
If you heal your player with red packs, you risk him injured again if you dont let him rest for some time before using him again.

Its happening alot!, I bought a scout, in his first match he played 15m got injured, out for 5 days, medi packed him back to health and put him back in the team for the next day, full moral full condition... 57m into the match INJURY,.. out for 6 days!!!!. really annoying but thats just how it is!.

Do not buy any medical packs for tokens...And if the same player is getting injured again and again then sell him.....
